- Current WWCC and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
- A genuine passion for leading and inspiring a team
- Comfortable stepping up and taking initiative

What's On Offer

- A genuine progression pathway into leadership
- A well-established, highly regarded centre to grow with
- A supportive, tight-knit team culture
- Real investment in your training and career development
- Above-award pay reflecting the responsibility of the role

If you're a confident, warm-hearted educator ready to lead and be part of a team people love working for, we'd love to hear from you.
