What You'll Be Doing
In this varied role, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers
- Preparing quotes, processing sales orders and handling enquiries
- Supporting customers with product information and solutions
- Assisting with pricing, product availability and order tracking
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate customer and product records
- Supporting inventory processes and stock management activities
- Assisting with general administration and operational tasks
- Building strong relationships with builders, contractors and trade customers
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

- Has previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or internal sales

Highly Regarded
- Experience within hardware, timber, building supplies or a trade-related industry
- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing or stock control processes
- Forklift licence
