We’re a values-driven NDIS registered support service seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Geelong area.
Our client requires Support Workers who can commit to consistent ongoing availability from 7am to 9am Monday to Friday. Additional hours available with other clients in the Geelong area, but the successful candidate must be able to work 7am to 9am weekdays.
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently, engage in their community, and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance
- Support with community access and social activities
- Assist with transport and appointments
- Promote independence and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
- Genuine compassion and patience
- Robust communication skills in English (essential for clear client interaction and documentation)
- Female applicants are encouraged to apply where client preference for same‑gender support is a genuine requirement for personal care tasks
- Experienced mature applicants
- Preferably a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar disability support or aged care role
- Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia with no restrictions
