About AGCO
At AGCO, we’re shaping the future of farming. As a global leader in agricultural solutions, we design, manufacture and distribute innovative technologies that help farmers feed the world more sustainably.
If you’re motivated by meaningful work, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Feeding a growing global population while addressing climate change are two of the world’s greatest challenges—and at AGCO, we’re proud to be part of the solution.
We are looking for a Channel Development Analyst, known at AGCO as a Business Analyst, Distribution Management (ANZ), to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our dealer network and internal partners to turn data into insights and insights into action—supporting business growth while keeping farmers at the heart of everything we do.
Position Purpose
Support the Distribution Management network transformation and performance goals for the region through market analytics, dealer performance insights, and delivery of key initiatives and projects across the dealer network. The role provides both remote and some in-field support, including face-to-face meetings with dealers, and partners across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Parts, Service, Finance and more).
Your Impact
Great dealer networks don’t happen by chance—they are built on clear insights, strong relationships and smart decisions. In this role, you’ll help our dealer network make better decisions by turning data into clear, useful insights. This could mean identifying a growth opportunity in a territory, highlighting where a dealer needs more support, or showing which actions can improve performance. By bringing together market trends, dealer results and territory information, you’ll help teams understand what is working, where to focus and how to make the biggest impact. Working closely with dealers and internal teams, your work will help strengthen the network, improve performance and support better outcomes for farmers.
- Turn data into better decisions by building clear market insights, dealer KPIs and performance information that help the team understand opportunities, risks and priorities.
- Strengthen dealer performance by supporting territory mapping, dealer reviews, market share analysis and practical actions that help our network grow and improve.
- Keep key information accurate and useful by maintaining dealer data, system access, contract records and governance information that support strong distribution management across the region.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Autonomous, well-structured, and diligent work standard
- Experience in agricultural industry
- Knowledge of AGCO dealer landscape
- A good background and experience in information management
- IT systems knowledge (MS Office)
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and shows a strong ability to prioritize tasks
- A basic knowledge/understanding of the regulations and legislation of data protection.
Why join AGCO
You’ll be part of a collaborative Distribution Management team helping shape the dealer network and lift performance through better insights, disciplined execution, and strong governance. This is a role where your analysis directly supports decision-making and where your work with dealers helps deliver real, measurable improvement.
