About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of underground mining and ground support projects, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction and strong leadership of site-based teams.

You will play a key role in managing project execution from mobilisation through to completion while maintaining Redpath's high standards of safety, quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage underground mining and ground support projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
- Manage commercial performance, forecasting and project reporting.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation and operational execution.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary site teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and company requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the underground mining industry.
- Demonstrated success managing ground support contracts and/or underground mining projects.
- Strong understanding of underground mining methods, project delivery and contract management.
- Experience managing project budgets,



financial reporting and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and safety culture.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
