Resilience to Recovery is seeking an experienced and highly capable Registered Nurse to join our growing team. We are a holistic NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), In-Home Care, Community Participation, and Day Programs. In this role, you will support participants with complex health needs by delivering high-quality clinical assessment, care planning, delegation, supervision, and staff training across home, accommodation, and community settings.

About the Role

As the Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing support to NDIS participants with complex clinical needs. You will work closely with participants, families, disability support workers, allied health professionals, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure care is safe, person-centred, evidence-informed, and aligned with NDIS Practice Standards, AHPRA requirements, and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive health, environmental, and clinical risk assessments.

· Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.

· Delegate clinical and nursing tasks to disability support workers within appropriate frameworks.

· Train, assess, and supervise staff to ensure competence in delegated clinical tasks.

· Monitor participant health outcomes, clinical risks, and quality of care.

· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers.





· Provide updated clinical recommendations where required.

Clinical Support Areas

The successful Registered Nurse will provide support across up to four complex clinical skill areas, including complex bowel care, complex wound care, nutrition support, and respiratory care.

About You

· Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.

· Demonstrated experience supporting NDIS participants with complex clinical needs.

· Experience working within the Delegation and Supervision of Care (DSOC) framework.

· Competency in complex bowel care, wound management, nutrition support, and respiratory care.

· Experience delivering staff education, delegation, supervision, and competency assessments.

· Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, communication, and documentation skills.

· Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

· Current First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration competencies.

· Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle preferred.

· Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations where required.
