Duties and responsibilities
- Perform maintenance activities on a range of high voltage (HV) electrical assets and systems
- Conduct, coordinate or witness inspection and testing, such as factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and site acceptance testing
- Prepare comprehensive progress, inspection, testing and defect reports
Assist with investigations of HV electrical assets and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and issues
- Provide technical advice on the analysis of HV electrical faults, failures and asset health
- Participate in complex diagnostic and functional testing on HV protection assets and electronic control equipment to meet manufacturer’s specifications and legislative requirements.
Skills and requirements
HV Switching Ticket / Authorization
Current WA Electrical Worker’s License
Applied First Aid (HLTAID011 Provide First Aid)
Air Conditioning / Refrigeration ticket
Experience on Hitachi, Komatsu, Cat Mobile Electric drive trucks high desirable
