Full Spectrum Consulting is currently seeking Production LF Operators to join a well-established manufacturer within the chemical industry in Eastern Creek. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing full-time work with a reputable business offering genuine long-term opportunities.

What's on Offer

- Ongoing casual position with genuine temp-to-permanent opportunities
- Full time hours with regular overtime available
- Day Shift – Must be available to commence between 4:00am and 5:00am
- Ability to commit to 10-hour shifts Monday to Thursday and an 8-hour shift on Fridays
- Must hold an LF Licence (minimal experience are encouraged to apply)

- Stable workload with an established manufacturer

About the Role

As a Production LF Operator, the majority of your day will be spent assisting within production. Counterbalance forklift duties are minimal, therefore extensive forklift experience is not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work while utilising their LF licence when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating production and blending machinery
- Handling raw materials and batching processes




- Repetitive manual handling and production duties
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials when required
- Loading and unloading materials
- Following strict safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

About You

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous experience within manufacturing or production environments
- Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive manual handling tasks
- Counterbalance forklift experience preferred, however extensive experience is not essential
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Experience within the chemical, plastics or industrial manufacturing industries will be highly regarded.
