PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Contribute to the effective use of Water Services data and systems by providing high-quality analysis and insights that support operational
planning, improve data-driven decision-making, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

Functional
• Support the development, enhancement and ongoing use of Water Services data management systems to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and

accessibility of data collection, collation, and analysis processes.

- Maintain and support the Asset Framework database, including contributing to the development and implementation of web-based applications

and tools that enable effective dissemination of information to support planning and operational decision-making.

- Support the maintenance and integrity of data systems by ensuring data is accurate, consistent and aligned with established standards, working

collaboratively with ICT and Operational Technology teams (including SCADA and Communications).

- Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of data to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Water Services performance

reports for local and national reporting requirements.
