We are looking for a Physio who loves being out in the Community!

We understand that physios are most fulfilled, experience greater job satisfaction and lower burnout when they feel autonomous, connected to their clients, and supported by a collaborative team.

With no KPI pressure and a manageable caseload, you’ll have the space to build solid therapeutic relationships and feel proud of the outcomes you support.

We specialise in Aged care and NDIS home visits.Our approach is hands-on, person-centred, and focused on helping people live more active, independent lives.

What You'll Be Doing:





- Visiting clients in their homes.
- Creating and delivering personalised, exercise-focused programs
- Building strong, ongoing relationships to support long-term goals
- Collaborating with a supportive, like-minded team
- Contributing your ideas and creativity to truly create change

Who We’re Looking For:

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Confident working independently in the community (with plenty of support behind you).
- Excellent communicator and motivator.
- Someone who enjoys variety, freedom, and being out on the road — not stuck in a clinic.
- A team player who enjoys variety, independence, and contributing to team culture.
