About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Deliver engaging, child-led educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Create learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs.




- Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve high-quality practices.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
- Support the centre's journey toward Meeting and Exceeding the National Quality Standards.

About You

We're looking for an educator who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for early education.

You will have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Robust knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and child development
- A commitment to providing safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
