What You'll Be Doing
As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and reconciliations
- Banking
- Filing and other general administrative tasks
- Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence
What We're Looking For
- A passion for administrative work and retail
- Strong communications skills - both verbal and written
- High motivation and results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
