Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented casual Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality Breakfast meals across restaurant service and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room
- Present an restock our country breakfast buffet
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
- Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
- Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
- Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
- Experience in similar roles is highly regarded
- Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
- Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
- Work rights in Australia
