Position Details

We are currently looking for a Spanish Teacher for one of our clients in Cairns, Australia.

- Student Level: Elementary
- Student Age Group: C: 25-34
- Schedule: once per week, (Wednesdays after 5pm work best for me. I could do Saturday’s but not every week on I work 9-5 so it has to be from 5:30pm)
- Start Date: 2026-05-27
- Motivation: My fiancé is from Spain and I really need to learn the language to be able to communicate with this parents and family and friends. I learnt Italian growing up so have a good foundation for learning languages.



Just have never actually formally learned Spanish. I’d like to be taught Spanish from Spain, not Latin America.

Ideal Candidate

- Be a native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Have a valid work permit/visa
- Live within 30 km of the specified location

Conditions

- Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
- Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
- Freelance, part time position
- We are not able to sponsor visas
