As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Window Estimator to join our team.

Role Overview

The Window Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for aluminium window and door packages across residential, architectural, and commercial projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret plans, specifications, and engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Produce detailed quotations, pricing schedules, and material take-offs
- Liaise with builders, architects, and internal teams to clarify project requirements
- Identify risks, variations, and value‑engineering opportunities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aluminium systems, hardware, glazing options, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handover from tender to delivery




- Provide technical advice and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Window Estimator, Glazing Estimator, or similar role in the construction industry. Minimum 5 years
- Strong understanding of aluminium window and door systems (e.g., commercial framing, sliding systems, thermally broken suites)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations
- High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a skilled, client‑focused approach
- Proficiency with estimation software, V6 (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
