Experienced Bartender – Sittano's Bar and Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join the team at Sittano's Bar and Restaurant.

This role would suit someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has good customer service skills, and can confidently manage a busy bar during lunch and dinner service.

About the Role

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Making cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and basic coffee if required
- Providing friendly and skilled customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Restocking bar supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Handling EFTPOS and cash transactions
- Following RSA and venue procedures at all times
- Assisting floor staff when required during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar




- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential
