The Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate Registered Nurses to join our friendly team!

Location: Allowah, Dundas Valley

Employment Type: Full time (38 hours per week on a rotating roster)

Remuneration: $33.51- $41.95 per hour, dependent on experience (Registered Nurse Level 1 Above Award, Nurses Award 2020).

Hours of Work: 38 hours per week on a rotating roster.

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver professional competent care to clients
- Provide information and education to enable people to make decisions
- Supervise and when appropriate delegate care to EN’s, AIN’s, student nurses and other healthcare workers
- Develop, review and maintain nursing care plans and other health records
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care provided
- Identify areas of care for escalation to meet the changing needs of clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Collect and report on the clinical information of clients
- Document all care according to policy
- Participate in regular handovers
- Liaise with parents and carers where necessary
- Report incidents and hazards

Essential Criteria:





If successful, you will need to obtain the following prior to commencement:

- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Check
- Police Check
- DCJ Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate

Desirable Criteria

- Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute or disability care setting
- Experience working with children and young adults with complex medical needs and/or chronic illness.
