Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a role where you can work autonomously, build meaningful long-term relationships with clients, and be part of a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team?

We are a growing private practice looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team alongside Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals.

About the Role

You will work with a diverse caseload and support clients across a range of needs and referral pathways, including:

- NDIS
- Private clients
- Private health
- TAC
- WorkCover
- Medicare

Our clinic is well resourced and features a purpose-built sensory play gym to support engaging, evidence-informed therapy for children.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and clinical work, with administrative support available to assist with bookings and day-to-day clinic operations.

Flexibility That Works for You

- Choose your working days and hours, subject to room availability.
- See approximately 4 to 5 clients per day on site, allowing dedicated time for documentation, planning and case management.
- Complete administrative tasks from home where appropriate.
- Build a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and areas of expertise.

About You

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who:

* Has at least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

* Is registered with AHPRA.

* Is eligible to obtain a Medicare provider number.

* Is confident working autonomously and managing a caseload.

* Has solid communication and interpersonal skills.

* Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

* Holds a current driver's licence and Working with Children Check.

* Has experience in NDIS and/or private practice, preferred but not essential.

Most importantly, you are a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality care, values professional relationships and wants to be part of a supportive and growing team.

Salary and Benefits

**$90,000 to $110,000 + superannuation**

Salary will be determined based on experience and pay grade.

**Bonus and incentive opportunities also available.**
