We are providing our services to university and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members with robust communication and supervisory skills to join our team at La Trobe University - Shepparton (210 Fryers St, Shepparton VIC 3630)

The position

- Full Time Supervisor
- Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm or 10:00 - 6:00pm (38 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

Requirements

You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:

- A valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check - Employee
- Full time working rights
- Experience as Supervisor

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them.



Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- General cleaning duties, including offices and common areas.
- Supervision of onsite cleaning team members.
- Participation in briefings.
- Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
- Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standars on site.
- Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client.
- Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management.

Essencial experience in:

- Cleaning
- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
