ROLE

One of Sydney’s best performing commercial agencies Stone Commercial offers a long -standing clientele base. Operating out of a modern premise amongst a hub of busy cafés. We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to step beyond the traditional role and join a forward-thinking team.

SKILLS

The role:
› Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
› Proactively communicate to clients both internal and external at all levels
› Nurture existing relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
› Manage any escalations as the Senior Property manager
› Manage a property portfolio, with a focus on new business development
› Daily follow up of rental arrears
› Invoicing of tenants (Including outgoings) and arrears control.
› Maintenance issues and follow up.
› Annual rent increases & market reviews

You:
› Experienced and skilled people manager (must have proven experience)




› Possess effective communication and time management skills
› Must have current drivers licence
› Must have own car
› A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence

You are a true professional with great presentation skills. You thrive in a busy environment and take pride in motivating and guiding a team. You have a solid work ethic and ideally will be looking to take the next step in your career as a Senior Property Manager.
