What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with Matthew on active campaigns, buyers, vendors, negotiations, and day-to-day execution

Managing and nurturing buyer enquiry — calls, follow-up, database updates, inspections and feedback
Assisting with listing preparation: marketing, documentation, systems, schedule coordination
Attending open homes, private inspections and appraisals (and learning the structure behind each one)
Keeping the sales process tight: communication, organisation, and the small details that create big results

- Experienced in real estate (must have prior industry experience — sales assistant/associate/agent support)
- Sharp, energetic, and genuinely hungry to grow

Requirements:
Previous real estate experience (non-negotiable)
Current Agent’s Representative (or ability to maintain/meet compliance requirements)
Victorian Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
