Job Description-Plant Maintenance Master data role.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be
more than 3-5)

 Engineering in Mechanical or Instrumentation/Electrical
 Experience in Oil & Gas domain for Upstream/ Midstream or
Refinery Plant Maintenance.
 Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management (Knowledge of
Asset updates/Maint Updates/Doc Updates in SAP)
 Robust knowledge of SAP PM module- Technical/Functional
 Thorough understanding of Engg Docs (P&ID;, Work
Instructions, Data sheets ///etc.) and operations of O&G; operator

Good-to-Have

 Experience in Maintenance & Operations
 Reliability trained or experienced
 Understanding of SAP based developments (CDS views, Query)
 Knowledge of Automated tools (LSMW or other tools)





SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Be a focal point between Customer and other remote located teams. Coordinate with remotely
situated team for delivery and quality control
2 Assisting Maint. Excellence team with SAP data extractions, running reports and User
testings. Also assisting team with Maint. Data Extracts and developing Templates to aid
automation (SAP read y templates)
3 Be able to mentor and clarify change requests received from business.
4 Coordination with Site and working with Maintenance Planning/ Reliabiltiy Engg/
Project/Ops/HSEF
5 Develop KPI and reports for Sr. Management Projects

6 Carry out allied projects concerning Data Improvements and Data Migrations
associated/owned by CMMS teams
