We are seeking an experienced team member to make a difference in supporting our local residents based at our Essendon service. Ability to work independently with a team of carers.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
- Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care
- Review care plans, report and observe changes
- Maintain dignity and privacy for all resdients
- Support Registered Nurses
About You
- Passionate about Aged Care and providing protected supportive care to the residents.
- Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/Aged Care.
- Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
- Alignment with our values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Courage
- Must have NDIS clearance
