The Role:
This role owns the performance and strategic direction of the Coffee category across the retail network. You will drive a consistent, high-quality coffee experience through solid commercial performance, innovation, supplier partnerships and in-store execution.

You Will Provide:

- End-to-end ownership of Coffee category performance including sales, margin and growth
- A consistent Coffee customer value proposition across all store formats
- Leadership of menu, blend, equipment and consumables strategy
- Innovation pipeline and new product development aligned to customer trends
- Supplier strategy, negotiations and performance management
- Cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
- Store execution standards, training programs and capability uplift




- Insights-led improvements in quality, availability, waste and experience

About You:

- Experience in category, commercial or product roles within FMCG, retail, QSR or convenience
- Strong commercial acumen with accountability for sales, margin and cost performance
- Experience delivering customer propositions across multi-site or national networks
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Practical understanding of store operations and execution at scale
- Experience in coffee, food-to-go or beverage categories (highly regarded)
- Exposure to supplier management, negotiations or innovation/NPD (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or marketing (preferred)
