We're looking for a Finance Officer with strong Accounts Payable experience to join our growing Melbourne Outer East team on a 6-month contract.

About the Role

As our Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, helping to keep our financial operations running smoothly. From invoicing and payment processing to reconciliations and account management, you'll support the financial health of the business while building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations
- Follow up outstanding accounts and resolve billing enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate debtor records and customer accounts
- Support Accounts Receivable and general finance administration
- Process Support at Home (SaH) statements, claims, and client balances (advantageous)





About You

- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer role
- Strong collections and account reconciliation experience
- Excellent communication skills with clear, qualified spoken and written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage high-volume transactions and competing priorities
- Experience with NetSuite, Aurion, or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
- Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification, or equivalent experience
