The Role
IPPUDO Australia is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers / Front of House Staff to join our team at IPPUDO SYDNEY
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warm, attentive hospitality
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining workplace
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Provide menu recommendations and promote seasonal items
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork
- Ability to stay calm and friendly in a busy environment
- Availability on weekends and peak dining hours
