Our client is a leading customer service-focused scaffolding supplier and contractor with one of Australia's largest scaffold fleets. Operating across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA, they have experienced exceptional growth over the past 12+ years and are looking for a reliable Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join their busy Gladstone team.

- $39.12 per hour + penalties + super
- Temp to permanent prospect for the right candidate
- Weekly pay
- Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 2:36pm

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out daily yard operations, including the safe loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch of scaffolding equipment.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move scaffold materials throughout the yard.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Store materials correctly for easy access and efficient stock rotation.
- Coordinate stock and equipment placement to maximise yard space and operational efficiency.
- Assist with general yard duties and manual handling as required.

Essential Requirements

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven forklift operating experience, ideally in a yard,



warehouse, or construction materials environment
- Experience with manual handling and labouring, including lifting and moving heavy materials
- Basic inventory and stock control experience
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass random Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Full working rights within Australia
- White Card

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience within the scaffolding or construction industry
- Knowledge of scaffold components, storage requirements, and equipment care
