We are a fast-growing startup marketing agency seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves assisting with the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. As a key part of a growing startup, you will help increase brand awareness and lead generation for our clients while gaining broad exposure to various marketing activities and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Support pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Coordinate Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising efforts to align with broader marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage marketing schedules, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Assist in budget tracking and campaign bid management to maximize marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and assist in testing new tactics or tools to improve campaign outcomes.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate communications between teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting or managing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with basic skills in interpreting marketing data and reporting insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
