Position Summary: As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selection, answering product-related inquiries, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the initial inquiry through to post-purchase support, helping our customers make informed decisions and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences, offering knowledgeable advice on our range of bathroom renovation products
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing product questions, availability, and specifications
- Provide after-sales support, resolving issues related to product installation, maintenance, and any additional service requests
- Handle returns, exchanges,



and warranty inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve customer satisfaction and refine our product offerings
- Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Keep up-to-date with our product range, features, and any current product launches to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally in a showroom environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product details effectively
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Interest in home design, interior decor, or renovation is an advantage

About the Role

- Full time hours

- Monday - Friday $30/hour + super for casual rate

- Casual full time with potential to go permanent

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
