About the Role:
We are currently seeking 3-4 reliable and compassionate casual Support Workers (Level 1–2) to join our team in Wollongong. You will be supporting an NDIS participants with a range of day-to-day tasks and activities, including social and community participation, assistance with daily life, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the client to engage in community, social, and recreational activities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, and personal care
- Provide protected and reliable transport to appointments and activities
- Promote the client’s independence and well-being
- Follow individualised support plans and report relevant updates

Requirements:

Must have all current and relevant documentation, including:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Orientation Module




- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Workers Insurance
- Valid ABN
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Experience as a Level 1–2 Support Worker preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
