Recruitment Consultant – Sydney CBD | $70k to $80K+ Super

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our small but ambitious team and help drive the growth of our labour hire, trades, and white-collar recruitment business.

This is a unique chance to work with a hands-on team, gain exposure across multiple construction projects, and be rewarded for your contribution to building a successful business.

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the engine behind our candidate pipeline and client engagement. You’ll work closely with our consultants and leadership team to source, screen, and place skilled candidates across Sydney construction projects, from labour hire to trades and white-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, attract, and engage candidates for construction labour hire, trades, and white-collar roles
- Support consultants and account managers in filling roles to meet client and business KPIs
- Walk construction sites, meet site managers, and promote our business to clients and candidates
- Screen, interview, and reference-check candidates, ensuring compliance and quality
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track candidate/client progress
- Work in a fast-paced start-up setting with a focus on business growth and operational efficiency
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and candidate/client experience

About You:

- Located in Sydney, Australia - you will not be contacted for this position if you are not based in Australia.
- Experience on construction sites, recruitment, or both (highly desirable)




- Holds a relevant degree OR 5+ years experience in recruitment/resourcing in labour hire, trades, or white-collar roles (required for sponsorship consideration)
- Confident and outgoing, able to walk on site and build relationships
- Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven to support business growth
