This role is for day time shifts, so not suitable for school students.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Taking orders and providing excellent customer service
- Preparing donuts, coffees, and other menu items to our standards
- Operating the register and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe store environment in line with food safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- At least two years previous café or food experience is essential
