The core focus will be:
- Restructuring and insolvency
- Commercial litigation
- Construction
- Debt recovery
- Corporate and commercial
- Commercial property
- Intellectual property
Assist with significant and complex matters, including:
- Claims against former directors involving amounts exceeding $5 million
- Public examinations and document production disputes
- Government contractual disputes valued above $10 million
- Applications for injunctions, security for costs and default judgments
If you have a solid background in commercial litigation and want to carve out a role for yourself that is separate to the junior pack, then this will appeal. If you have between 2 and 4 quality years in litigation private practice we would like to hear from you.
