What You'll Be Doing

As Centre Director, you'll lead the overall operation of the service, ensuring excellence in education, compliance, team culture, and family engagement.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and inspiring a passionate team of educators.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing centre culture.
- Driving occupancy, recruitment and succession planning.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
- Managing budgets, agency spend and centre performance.
- Building solid relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Ensuring excellence across the National Quality Framework, EYLF and all legislative requirements.
- Managing staffing and rosters to support quality outcomes and business needs.
- Championing child safety and wellbeing in everything you do.

About You

You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys empowering others and delivering outstanding outcomes.

You'll have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a comparable leadership role within Early Childhood Education.




- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
- Foundations of Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
