We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys bulk catering, delivering quality meals and working in a structured and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner services
- Deliver buffet-style and function catering services
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Support stock control, ordering and kitchen operations
- Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control
- Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or bulk food production
- Solid knowledge of HACCP,



food safety and allergen management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, organised and team-focused
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
