About the Role

Fast Eats Pty Ltd, Domino's Pizza Broome is a rapid-paced and dynamic business where our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the efficient running of each shift while maintaining Domino's operational and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff during shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff rostering and monitor attendance to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Support the recruitment, induction, training,



and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor stock levels, place stock orders, and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
- Assist with cash handling, reconciliation, and adherence to store budgets and operational procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high service and productivity standards.
- Ensure the store is clean, secure, well-presented, and operating efficiently at all times.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, operational, and customer service targets.
- Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
