Job Description:

IAM Service Delivery Manager

Role Purpose

Owns end-to-end service delivery, governance, SLA compliance and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and governance across assigned service domain

- Drive operational excellence, automation and continuous improvement

- Manage stakeholders, risks, compliance and audit requirements

- Support transformation initiatives and technology modernization

- Develop reporting, metrics and service improvement plans

- Ensure alignment with BHP standards, processes and security requirements

Scope of Accountability

Responsible for service performance, governance, operational oversight, engineering leadership, customer engagement and strategic improvements within the assigned capability area.

Technical Competencies

IAM, Cyber Security Governance, Service Management, Automation, Reporting, Compliance, Operational Excellence,



Architecture and Modernization Programs.

Preferred Certifications

Relevant Microsoft, CyberArk, Saviynt, Security, ITIL, Agile, Cloud or AI certifications aligned to the role.

Experience Requirements

10+ years of relevant enterprise technology and cyber security experience with demonstrated leadership in large-scale managed services environments.
