Software Engineer:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise platforms that support mission-critical financial services systems.

This role combines deep software engineering expertise with hands-on solution delivery, offering the opportunity to shape platform architecture, build robust APIs, and drive innovation across cloud-based ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

- Analyse user and business requirements to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices and event-driven platforms using .NET 5–8, C#, Web API, Docker, Azure AKS, and Kafka.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring code quality with SonarQube, Fortify, and Snyk.
- Design and develop platform libraries and reusable components to accelerate delivery across teams.
- Write and maintain high-quality program code, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Optimise system performance,



troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align software design with strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a solid focus on Microsoft .NET and Azure-based ecosystems.
- Expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, API design, containerisation (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Redis, EventHub (Kafka Protocol), and DevOps toolchains (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Splunk, Ansible).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to design scalable and secure system architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to present solutions and influence design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
