Subcontractor Fencing Labourer Required

Nortons Built is looking for a reliable and hardworking fencing labourer to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced fencing labourer for an ongoing subcontractor position. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently as part of a team.

About the Role

- Subcontractor position (ABN required)
- Set day rate paid
- Regular ongoing work available
- Working alongside an experienced fencing team
- Residential and commercial fencing projects
- Timber fencing, Colorbond fencing and general fencing duties

Responsibilities

- Assisting with fence installations from start to finish
- Digging holes, setting posts and preparing materials
- Carrying and handling fencing materials
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised worksite




- Following quality standards and completing work to a high standard

Requirements

- Must hold a valid ABN
- Previous fencing, construction or landscaping experience preferred
- Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Own transport preferred
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
