Chameleon Housing is looking for passionate and motivated people to join our dynamic team as Casual Youth Housing Workers.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to residents, help young people build life skills, and contribute to creating safe and stable housing environments. Every shift brings the chance to empower someone toward a brighter, more independent future.

Must-Haves:

- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

- A current Driver Licence.

- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- The right to work in Australia

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in supporting young people in crisis or at risk of homelessness
