About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III/Diploma qualified Educators to join our teams in North Richmond on a permanent full-time or part time basis.

Successful applicants will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care in accordance with:

- National Quality Framework (NQF)
- NSW Child Safe Standards

Essential Requirements:

Applicants must have:

- An ACECQA-approved qualification (Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care) or currently working towards
- A current and valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection training and Child Safety training or willingness to obtain
- Current Basic Food Handlers training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment

Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten is committed to rigorous recruitment, screening,



and selection practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

The successful applicant will be required to participate in comprehensive pre-employment screening, including:

- Verification of Working With Children Check status
- Reference checks that specifically address suitability to work with children
- Relevant child protection and employment history checks
- NQA ITS prohibition notice checks
- Additional background screening where required under legislation or organisational policy

All employees are expected to actively contribute to a culture of child safety and participate in ongoing child protection and child-safe practice training.

Any offer of employment is conditional upon satisfactory child-safe screening and compliance documentation.
