The Role: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)
You’ll deliver safe, high-quality, person‑centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team. This is a role where your clinical judgement , communication skills , and leadership genuinely shape resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Provide holistic, person‑centred nursing care
Lead and mentor care staff
Ensure safe + compliant medication management
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues
Uphold clinical governance + continuous improvement
Maintain professional development + AHPRA standards
About You
You don’t need decades of aged care experience — you need clinical confidence , compassion , and a leadership mindset .
You bring:
Current AHPRA RN registration (DIV 1)
Experience with older adults (advantage)
Strong clinical leadership + teamwork skills
Excellent communication
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
