We are seeking a reliable Factory Operator to join our clients team in Dubbo on a casual basis to commence with working full time hours.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be part of a supportive manufacturing team and full training will be provided for the right person.

Previous roll forming machine experience is preferred but it is not essential.

What matters most is attitude, reliability and the willingness to learn as we are looking for someone who turns up every day ready to work and fits into the team and looking for role longevity.

Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing and roll forming equipment, with training provided where needed.

- Assist with material handling, product packing, and loading/despatch tasks.

- Carry out quality checks and follow production procedures.





- Maintain protected work practices and follow site safety requirements at all times.

- Support general production, housekeeping, and shift handover tasks.

- Work closely with the team to meet production and delivery targets.

- Notify of any absenteeism as early as possible and maintain strong timekeeping.
General factory hand assistance include site clean up and workstation prep.

Your Profile

- A dependable person with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to turning up for work.

- Previous manufacturing, production, or roll forming experience preferred, but not essential.

- A team player who is willing to learn and take direction.

- Good attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.

- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in a factory environment.

- Basic computer skills are an advantage.

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm.

- Friday: 7:00am to 1:30pm.

- $34.96/HR + Super
