Seafood All-Rounder – Neutral Bay

$35+ per hour | Immediate Start

Fitchies is looking for an experienced Seafood All-Rounder to join our team at our Neutral Bay restaurant.

This is a hands-on role that combines seafood preparation, customer service and opening the shop each morning.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

- Filleting whole fish to a high standard.
- Preparing and displaying fresh seafood.
- Setting up the shop before opening.
- Serving customers and processing orders.
- Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards.
- General seafood and front-of-house duties.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience filleting whole fish is essential.
- Previous experience working in a seafood shop, fish market or fish and chip shop.
- Friendly with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable,



punctual and able to work independently.
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Applicants on Working Holiday Visas will not be considered.
