DATA N POWER is seeking a licensed electrician to join our growing Sydney-based team.

We work across a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including insurance work, retail and shop fit-outs, strata maintenance, switchboard installations and industrial automation.

Strong industrial electrical experience will be highly valued. Experience with PLCs and automation would also be highly regarded but is not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing electrical systems and associated equipment
- Installing switchboards and associated cabling
- Inspecting, testing and reporting on electrical installations
- Detecting, diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Completing work in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and DATA N POWER’s WHS policies
- Completing work orders and accurately recording labour hours and materials through our job-management software
- Working independently and supervising apprentices when required





Applicants must have:

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or an equivalent trade qualification
- A current NSW electrical licence or the ability to obtain one
- An unrestricted driver’s licence
- The ability to drive a manual vehicle and maintain a good driving record
- Experience across residential, commercial and/or industrial electrical work
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A solid work ethic and an interest in developing a long-term career with our company

Pay: $36.12 – $70.44 per hour
