Revira Care is urgently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across South West Sydney. If you are passionate about supporting people with disabilities and have experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), we want to hear from you!

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) experience is mandatory
- Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours, complex needs, and mental health conditions
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and NDIS Practice Standards
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekday, evening, weekend, and sleepover shifts (preferred)

Mandatory Compliance:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (where applicable)




- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current Police Check (if applicable)
- Full Australian working rights
