Working in a fast-paced production environment, you may be involved in machine operation, production line work, assembly, packing, quality control, and general manufacturing duties. Responsibilities vary depending on client requirements and may include operating automated machinery, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and supporting the efficient movement of products through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Multiple shifts are available to suit your lifestyle, offering competitive hourly rates and shift penalties:

- Day Shift: $33.85 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $38.92 per hour
- Night Shift: $44.00 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring manufacturing and production machinery




- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Loading raw materials and assisting with machine setup as required
- Identifying and reporting machine faults, defects, or production issues
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
Contributing to continuous improvement and efficient production processes

Your Profile

- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive approach to workplace safety
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
