About the Role

As a Professional Diesel Mechanic/Fitter, you will play a crucial role in fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience level but may include:

- Minimising plant and equipment downtime through proactive maintenance.
- Diagnosing, inspecting, servicing, and repairing the fleet to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining all company plant, equipment, and vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Attending breakdowns and performing field-related mechanical repairs promptly.
- Communicating safety or maintenance issues effectively and efficiently.

About You

- 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic/Fitter.




- Certification III in Heavy Machine Mechanic or Diesel Fitter
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of diesel engine systems and components
- Experience with Kone, Kalmar, Hyster, Sennebogen, Caterpillar preferred
- Manual Licence essential
