Tassels Place Bar & Bistro based in Perth, WA is seeking a Chef/Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes
Responsible for the management of kitchen operations
Maintain quality of food of all stages of food preparation
Responsible for the management of safe and hygienic work environment
Train other kitchen staff
Check the food temperature and ensure its is fresh
Work in a team workplace
As and when required work alongside with the Owner and contribute towards the menu
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Ability to work in line with budget
Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock
Requirement Relevant qualifications in Culinary and Minimum 5 years experience
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
