Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Technician – Essential Services (Electrician) to work out of our Melbourne office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!
Job Description
About the Role:
- Carry out essential services maintenances (smoke hazard management), associated service repairs and installations ensuring all work carried out is to the highest standard of positive trade practices and completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed as per client requirements and utilise other resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Identify hazards and safety issues using the safety app and report safety concerns to your supervisor
- Provide detailed information for quotes to your supervisor via use of quote sheets
- Assist Engineering and Sales by providing technical recommendations to aid with job layouts and bid proposals
- Meeting Client Requirements: Comply with customer/client requirements imposed on Grosvenor which may apply to performing your work at their site.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
- A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Service-based or technical maintenance experience
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Certificate or equivalent qualification – desirable
- Strong technology knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Ability to achieve individual and team goals
- Good customer service and relationship building skills
- Product specific training E.g. Temperzone training/chiller knowledge/VRV experience - desirable
